Hello madcapsuess, What is the make and model of your Gateway computer? What are the issues you are having with the Audio drivers? Have you checked if the Audio drivers are available for download on the Gateway website?Restoring the computer back to Factory settings would not be a most effective and convenient way of fixing the issue.I suggest that you check if there are drivers available for download on the Gateway website.
