If not, the most common solution is to uninstall SQL Server Management Studio Express, repair or uninstall/reinstall.NET 2.0, reboot, then re-install SQL Server Management Studio Express. I'm running on a server where I can't just reboot whenever I want, so I haven't tried this.This problem was reported back in the CTP in November, I assume no fix for it was added to the RTM.
